Friday Night CFB Plays:

Nonstop college football continues with three tasty games tonight. We have a very important American Conference game, as East Carolina travels to Cincinnati. We then travel to the west coast where we can finally watch this USC team and see if they are legit. They will play the worst team in the Pac12, Colorado, where it will most likely be a blowout by the end of the 1st quarter. We then conclude the night in Las Vegas where Fresno State will play UNLV. I have found bets for both games that interest me and will explain them next.

Preview:

ECU/CINCY:

Cincinnati vs ECU is an extremely interesting game. Cincinatti currently sits tied for second in the American, but top ranked Tulane will play second place UCF this weekend which will have big implications for the conference standings. If Cincinnati want to remain in contention, then tonight is a must win. ECU has lost two conference games and is third in the American, but they have had three huge wins in a row against Memphis, UCF, and BYU. Behind Tulane, they may be the hottest team in the conference. This line is currently at 4.5 points in favor of Cincinnati, and the over/under is at 51.

Colorado/USC:

USC is sitting at 8-1 and are ranked 8th in the College Football Playoff rankings. Their one loss to Utah by one point, is all that currently separates the Trojans from a top 4 spot. Colorado should be a breeze for USC, and their next two games will really determine their fate as they play 12th ranked UCLA, and Notre Dame, the season ruining team. Colorado has one win on the season and have struggled to get anything going offensively. This game could get out of hand quick. The line is currently at USC -34.5 and the over/under is set at 66.

Fresno State/UNLV:

The battle of the streaks kicks off tonight at 10:30 PM ET. Fresno is currently on a four-game winning streak and UNLV is on a four-game losing streak. Fresno sits atop the Mountain West Western division and UNLV is two games behind. This will be an interesting game to see if UNLV can figure it out at home, or if Fresno State continues to win and prove why they are the leaders of their division. The line is currently 9-points in favor of Fresno and the over/under is at 62.

The Bets:

I have singled each of the bets, as well as parlayed them all together at a +650 parlay. Here they are:

I have taken the over of 51 in the ECU/Cincy game. Both teams are scoring in the mid 30's on the season and defensively are giving up 23 and 21 points respectively. I think this game will be close its whole duration and see a higher scoring game than normal. I am predicting a 34-31 Cincinnati win, where the over should hit late in the third quarter.

Next is a very ugly bet. I have taken Colorado u6.5 team total in the 1st half. I really wanted to take this over, but the more I thought about it, the more it seemed like a trap. Despite Colorado's lack of offense, USC has a very poor defense. Colorado, in theory, should score a TD in the first half, which is why I decided to take the under. Again, it is risky and ugly, but it seemed like it would lose if I took the over.

And finally, I have taken the under of 62 points in the Fresno State game. UNLV has had no offense in their recent games. They can't seem to figure it out, and despite Fresno's success, I believe they will keep this game close and low scoring. I am predicting a 21-17 Fresno State win. 62 points is just too many points, and I can't trust this UNLV team offensively.

Well those are the plays. Enjoy them and this Friday evening! Good luck, good scores, and Godspeed!
