Kent State/UCF College Football Bets and Predictions

Week 0 started off not so hot, but we are back this week, eager to be profitable. Week 1 starts off this Thursday with 4 games, and right off the bat, we have a very hot and confusing point spread.

UCF is a 37-point favorite against Kent State. That is a very high line, and can be difficult to bet. So I will run you down my predictions and best bets for this game.

Game Details:

Time: 7:00 ET

Lines: UCF -35.5, o/u 56

Game Analysis, Predictions, and Best Bets:

Kent State lost everyone last year, and I mean everyone. Their head coach left after a disappointing 5-7 season, and he is the new OC at Colorado. Their QB left, their best WR left. Hell, even their kicker left. There is no one left at Kent State, and this may be one of the worst teams in the country!

UCF on the other hand, is returning some major pieces to last years team that finished 9-5. Last year's team lost in the American Conference Championship game, and then lost to Duke in their bowl game, but they are eager for this season as it will be their first in the B12.

Plumlee returns at the quarterback position and he is a very impressive dual threat QB. They also are returning explosive wide receivers, and a couple running backs that helped the Knights average 228 yards on the ground last year.

Willie J. Allen Jr./Orlando Sentinel

This running attack is going to feist on this scarce and inexperienced Kent State team who allowed 29 points and 433.2 yards per game last year, including 160 yards on the ground.

BET:

UCF -34.5 (-134) ALT LINE

Have a really disgusting feeling that this game will end 45-10. Wouldn't be a bad prop bet.....
